Introducing the Tundra 35 Cooler, the original YETI that started it all. This rugged cooler was born out of our frustration with cheap coolers, leading us to over-engineer and create a whole new category of coolers known for their legendary toughness and exceptional ice retention. The Tundra has since grown into a versatile, all-purpose cooler available in various sizes to suit any outdoor adventure. Its innovative features have also influenced the design of other gear in our lineup.

The Tundra is equipped with the NeverFail Hinge System, consisting of two hinge pins and an interlocking design to prevent hinge breakage. The T-Rex Lid Latches are designed with heavy-duty rubber to ensure durability and prevent latch breakage. Its FatWall Design features extra-thick walls for up to three inches of insulation, making it bear-resistant and keeping ice frozen for extended periods.

The ColdLock Gasket lines the lid, creating a freezer-quality seal to keep out heat and lock in the cold. LipGrip Handles are designed to stay out of the way and make carrying easier, while the military-grade polyester DoubleHaul Handles ensure long-lasting durability. The Rotomolded Construction makes the Tundra virtually indestructible, and BearFoot Non-Slip Feet prevent sliding.

With the Vortex Drain System for quick and leakproof drainage, the Tundra is easy to clean and maintain. The PermaFrost Insulation, along with the InterLock Lid System, ensures maximum ice retention. AnchorPoint Tie-Down Slots allow for convenient mounting on boats, trailers, or truck beds.
